- Cloud Nine passengers are allowed to check in two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of no more than (32kg) 70 lbs. and a combined dimension of no more than 62 inches.
- ShebaMiles Gold, ShebaMiles Silver, and Star Gold members are allowed to check in three pieces of luggage.
